Maidstone I remember it well:
have looked at various bits on your sights but have not seen any mention of senacre school where i went. i now live in chatham .. so was surprised when visiting maidstone to see it pulled down and a housing estate built there!!! i did not think the school was that old.. the other school i went to was molehill copse which was at the back of our house in hereford road so did not have far to walk to school.. one of the teachers i remember was called mr Hagin he used to poke you on the shoulder with his finger when you done something wrong..us children used to call it the woodpecker bite because it used to hurt so much . they would not get away with that now..!!!!
