Maidstone I remember it well: Norm Gearing australia re Senacre secondary I started there when it was first built after spendind time at Vinters in Nissan hut classrooms I left in 1959 I was house captain of Medway house and a school prefect the Headmaster was Norman Evans. Some of the pupils are remember are Michael Cogger ,Dereck Newell ,David George Dorothy Grayland Ann Trail Cherie Saxby Colin Hill ,Keith Chapman David Reed ,Raymond Crouch ,Jacqueline French. Also the teachers Mr Clark,Mrs Price and Mr Evans. I lived in Essex Road right near the School which is now gone, great memorie

Thank You Norm yes so did I. the year lower than you Mr Clark the woodwork teacher Lived near the top of Well st Loose' often had a chat to him if I went that way home. remember Mrs Price and Mr Evans the welsh teacher ,He ask me if I was related to Hannan Swaffer ,I had not heard of him then so my answer was "I don't know .ButI have a welsh uncle" Do you remember going down Nottingnam ave and the island where the bus waited for us had dissapeared down a sink hole. Norman Evens with his trousers kept up with a tie . And the games of football on the green Nottingham ave 50 or more each side
