Hello Bryan, Yes, I went to Westborough secondary school between 1958- 62, your father Don Letchford taught me technical drawing on the first floor of Oakford House, a beautiful building then, I remember well the magnificent carved oak staircase that went up to the classroom on the east side where your father taught. I remember your father with the greatest of respect, he was an excellent teacher and I have to say that I was one of his star pupils, I was always marked 1/12 and I still have the two books of drawings that he kindly stapled together, they are among my prized possessions!. At that time Mr. Pope was the pottery teacher, Mr. Hogarth woodwork, Mr. Samuels metalwork Mr. Dukes art teacher Jack Diamond was head. Wow such a long time ago. I left school in July 1962 going into an apprenticeship for 5 years at Alabaster Passmore's Tovil getting a city and guilds in photolithography. I then went on to study Drawing and Illustration at Harrow Art School, I followed my natural talent and have been an artist, fine art print maker, ever since. I was born at no. 5 Bower Lane was married in 1977 our first house being in Florence Road. My ex wife and I mover to Wales in 1980 where I still live. We had the most excellent education and we where privileged to have known these fine people!. With Kind Regards and all best wishes to you and all the ex pupils. P.S. Do you know where I might obtain the School Badge? You will find my Artwork illustrated on Facebook
