Maidstone I remember it well: My wife's great grandfather was the keeper of The Foresters Arms in Knightrider Street between 1911 and the late 1920's. We visited Maidstone recently to try and find more but the pub seems sadly to have been demolished. We were hoping to find somebody that remembers The Foresters Arms and it would be wonderful to find a photograph. We have some second hand memories from my wife's late father who remembers visting as a young boy and being impressed by a large brass knocker and his grandfather's well kept garden behind.
