Maidstone I remember it well: I have just read Page 7 of this wonderful site. How nice to hear from Barbara Henman. We used to walk to East Borough sometimes and the Technical
School. I live in Heathorn street. Yes I do remember playing marbles in Allen Street. Oh the memories of Miss Thomas and Pansy Price. I was at the school 1956 to 1959. I went to work at James Clifford in Bank Street. Left in 1960 when we moved.
